Point Guru at your site. It reads every page you've published, answers your visitors day and night, and hands you the ones worth calling back.

Ask Acme
We typically reply in a few minutes.
Hi! I'm the Acme assistant. Ask me anything about our coffee, shipping, or returns.
This is the real widget — tap a question and it answers.
You wrote the shipping policy. You wrote the FAQ. It's all there, three clicks deep, and your visitors are asking anyway — or worse, leaving without asking.
A visitor asks about shipping at 11pm.
Answered in four seconds, from your own shipping page.
The same five questions, in your inbox, every week.
Answered before they ever reach you.
Someone reads three pages, finds nothing, leaves.
They ask. They get an answer. You get their email.
You have no idea what people can't find on your site.
Every question they asked, in their words, in your dashboard.
Every answer is pulled from something you actually published. When your site doesn't cover it, Guru says so and takes their details instead of inventing a number.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes — Canada is £12 standard, 5–7 working days. Free over £150.
Can I return something after 30 days?
Returns run 60 days from delivery, unworn with tags. After that we can't accept them.
Do you offer trade discounts?
I don't have anything on trade pricing. Leave your email and the team will come back to you.
Guru reads every page you've published — product, pricing, FAQs, the policy page nobody links to. No crawl limit, no tagging, no vector database to babysit.

Five structurally different templates — not five colour swaps. Change the accent, the greeting and the tone, and watch the real widget update as you type.

A single script tag. The bot is live on every page, sandboxed in an iframe so it can never break your layout — or be broken by it.

Every conversation and every captured lead lands in your dashboard. It is the cheapest customer research you will ever run.

Each one changes the geometry, the density and the light — because a widget for a private bank should not look like a widget for a skate brand. Pick one, tune the accent, watch it update live.
Classic
Gradient header, avatar, quick replies, ratings. The full kit.
Concierge
Named sender, avatar on every message, quick replies. Feels human.
Minimal
No header, no chrome, no branding. Just the conversation.
Midnight
Dark, sharp, quick replies. Developer energy.
Corporate
Squared, labelled, formal. Ratings on, no gimmicks.
Every page, including the ones your menu doesn't link to. There is no crawl limit.
A single script tag, sandboxed in an iframe. It cannot break your CSS, and your CSS cannot break it.
Different structure, not different hex codes — avatars, quick replies, ratings. Live preview as you edit.
Name, email, phone, company and the time they'd like a call — collected mid-conversation, exported as CSV.
Read what visitors actually asked, in their own words. The gaps in your site show up fast.
Timezones, holidays and split shifts. It answers at 3am regardless — it just won't imply someone's reading.
PDF, DOCX, text and Markdown. The price list and the policy doc that were never web pages.
The embed key is public by design — tied to your domains, with rate limits and a hard spend cap behind it.
Sizing, shipping, returns — answered from your policy pages, at the moment someone is deciding.
Availability, areas, pricing. Then it takes the name, the number and the time they'd like a call.
Point it at your docs. It answers the setup question that would have become a support ticket.
Formal template, ratings on, no gimmicks. It answers from your material — and says so when it can't.
Courses, fees, intake dates and the deadline nobody can find. Asked once, answered forever.
The Minimal template — no header, no branding, just the conversation. It looks like you built it.
No Guru chrome bolted onto your brand. Pick the template, set the accent, and it reads as part of the site — because from the visitor's side, it is.

It only answers from what it found on your site. When your pages don't cover a question, it says it doesn't have that — and offers to take their details instead of inventing an answer. That last part is the feature: a bot that guesses is worse than no bot.
Enter your URL, wait for the crawl, paste one script tag. A 400-page site finishes in about a minute. There is nothing to tag, no vector database to run, and no training step.
It keeps answering — it always answers. Setting your hours only changes what it promises: inside them it can imply someone's reading, outside them it says the team will follow up Monday at 09:00. It handles timezones, holidays and split shifts.
It asks for a name and an email or phone, and files the question alongside them. You get the lead and the exact thing they wanted to know, which is usually the more valuable half.
The key is public by design — it ships in your HTML. It's locked to your domains, and behind that sit per-IP rate limits and a hard monthly token ceiling that no plan can exceed. The cap is a safety net, not a sales axis; a normal site will never reach it.
It can't. The widget renders inside a sandboxed iframe, so your CSS cannot reach it and it cannot reach your CSS. It's one script tag and it touches nothing else.
PDFs, Word documents, plain text and Markdown, up to 10MB each, on Pro and above. The price list and the policy PDF that were never HTML in the first place.
Free covers one website with a full crawl and no page limit. Pro is ₹199/month for five sites, lead capture, CSV export and file uploads. Card payments aren't live yet — a promo code unlocks a paid plan today.
Still wondering something? Ask the bot in the corner — it runs on this page.
They have a question, and nobody is answering it. That takes about two minutes to fix.
