The things you're about to ask.
What stops it from making things up?
It only answers from what it found on your site. When your pages don't cover a question, it says it doesn't have that — and offers to take their details instead of inventing an answer. That last part is the feature: a bot that guesses is worse than no bot.
How long does setup actually take?
Enter your URL, wait for the crawl, paste one script tag. A 400-page site finishes in about a minute. There is nothing to tag, no vector database to run, and no training step.
Does it work outside my business hours?
It keeps answering — it always answers. Setting your hours only changes what it promises: inside them it can imply someone's reading, outside them it says the team will follow up Monday at 09:00. It handles timezones, holidays and split shifts.
What happens when it can't answer?
It asks for a name and an email or phone, and files the question alongside them. You get the lead and the exact thing they wanted to know, which is usually the more valuable half.
Can someone steal my embed key and run up my bill?
The key is public by design — it ships in your HTML. It's locked to your domains, and behind that sit per-IP rate limits and a hard monthly token ceiling that no plan can exceed. The cap is a safety net, not a sales axis; a normal site will never reach it.
Will it break my site's design?
It can't. The widget renders inside a sandboxed iframe, so your CSS cannot reach it and it cannot reach your CSS. It's one script tag and it touches nothing else.
What can I feed it besides my website?
PDFs, Word documents, plain text and Markdown, up to 10MB each, on Pro and above. The price list and the policy PDF that were never HTML in the first place.
